We are open from May until late September and accept summer reservations by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday. We may accept reservations for shorter stays in the off season, typically with a three-night minimum. The spring and fall are great times to visit and allow you to experience area attractions at lower rates with fewer crowds.
Whenever you choose to visit us, you will be treated to a very special stay at Cottage in the Lane. Please be sure to review our policies before submitting your reservation request.

Daily Off-Season Rate
Rates for the two-bedroom and deluxe two-bedroom cottages are for four or fewer guests; rates for the one-bedroom cottage are for two guests. Infants and children are considered guests, regardless of age. One additional guest may be permitted for a charge of $20/night. Prices do not include Maine’s 9% lodging tax. Rates are subject to change.
